About this policy

This policy applies to eligible products, workshops, events, resources and services purchased directly from ASPIRE Framework.

Workshops and events

​

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the workshop or event. Any specific cancellation conditions will be provided at the time of registration where applicable.

If ASPIRE Framework cancels a paid workshop or event, participants will be offered a refund of the amount paid or, where appropriate, the option to transfer their registration to another available date.

If a participant is unable to attend, please contact ASPIRE Framework as soon as possible. Requests for cancellation, transfer or refund will be considered according to the conditions provided with the booking and the circumstances of the request.

Digital products and resources

​

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will generally not be provided simply because a purchaser changes their mind after digital content has been supplied or accessed.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Physical products

​

Where physical products are sold directly by ASPIRE Framework, rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns may be subject to any conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Third-party purchases

​

Products purchased through third-party retailers or platforms are also subject to the relevant retailer or platform's purchasing and refund processes. Refund requests relating to those transactions may need to be made directly to the relevant provider.

Australian Consumer Law

​

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
